About Us
The easy listening sounds of the husband and wife team of Emery and Peggy Williams can best be described as “Contemporary Coffee House/Wine Bar”, a little folky, a little smokey, and sometimes a little hokey.
Peggy's gentle guitar style and soothing voice along with Emery's endless array of percussion sounds and harmonica interludes provide a repertoire of soothing and sometimes witty melodies.

Peggy is a prolific song writer. Her song, “A Prayer For All Of Us”, was a finalist in the 2015 Fort Myers “Hope By Song” songwriting contest. Her song "Love Song Of Wind And Water" was named seventh in the 2018 Will McLean new Florida song contest, and in 2019, "Bejuco Dorado" tied for ninth place.

Peg and Em have played at several folk festivals throughout Florida, including Barberville, both Fall and Spring, Island Hopper, Will McLean Festival and the Lake County Folk Festival.

They also perform for many charitable and civic functions in the Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, North Port and Fort Myers areas.

“There was a time...” CD is a musical journey from serious to silly allowing the listener to experience a wide range of emotions.

They are members of the Sarasota Folk Club and the Americana Community Music Association (ACMA), where they have opened for Pierce Pettis, Richard Smith, Brian Smalley and Flagship Romance.
